Victoria Park
The Victoria Park building contains a range of different apartment types, and is characterised by a high performance curtain wall facade, which includes operable external sunshading that takes the form of moving ‘curtain-drape’ screening panels of gold anodised perforated aluminium. The building forms part of a masterplan for lot 204 at Victoria Park, which additionally contains buildings by Lippman Associates, Alex Popov and Alexander Tzannes associates.
