Maui
The project comprises main and guest houses on a nine acre agricultural property on the remote eastern coast of Maui in Hawaii.
The masterplan for the property is based on a courtyard grouping, with individual buildings linked by extensive new landscaping.
The project is being designed for maximum off-site prefabrication due to the limited availability of local materials and labour.
