Beresford Road House
The project in Bellevue Hill includes the major reconstruction of landscape and improved access and amenity to an existing 1920’s era house.
Situated some 17m above street level, the residence is in a poor state of repair and currently accessed via a motorised inclinator. The new works include the reconstruction of the cliff profile to incorporate a new glazed passenger lift, reconstruction of the garage including a roof-top lap swimming pool and cabana, with a new terraced vegetable garden above.
At the upper level of the house, a new garden will be created with extensive sandstone paving and integrated perimeter planting, taking advantage of spectacular harbour and ocean views.
