T&M Industries
The new facilities building for T&M industries will be constructed alongside the metalworking company’s existing factory in Smithfield, in Sydney’s west.
The building will contain administration and staff facilities, along with a small conference centre, restaurant, gym and a shaded lap-pool.
The design is characterised by a galvanized steel loggia that unites the old and new buildings. Openings within the loggia form display cases for showcasing products made by the client.
In 2009 the project was exhibited as part of the Venice Biennale.
